Welcome to AF Selection, one of the most established recruitment consultancies for the advertising, design, PR, new media and marketing sectors.

Established in 1988, we now operate out of three branches – Birmingham, Nottingham and Manchester. Throughout this period, our ethos of being open, honest, discreet and altruistic has never changed and we like to think these are the main reasons why clients and candidates keep coming back to us.

We never claim to be the biggest or the best but in our humble opinion we like to feel that we have the skills and expertise to help you through the recruitment process. Our consultants possess over 100 years of recruitment experience – bizarre but true!
