You should have experience within a similar agency environment and be proficient in managing projects through to print showing excellent attention to detail. You should have strong repro and print knowledge to ensure jobs run smoothly and also demonstrate an eye for colour, use of imagery, typography and general layout. You should be proficient in Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator with good retouching skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines.
