Our client, a market leading manufacturer of high performance industrial adhesives with an impressive growth in export markets globally, are seeking a German speaking European Sales Manager to grow sales across the continent. This role will involve managing and developing existing accounts as well developing new clients through new business activity including carrying out overseas sales visits. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, with an ability to achieve sales and profitability targets consistently. Excellent organisation and planning skills are also required with regard to long gestation projects, key account planning, and market planning as well as coordinating marketing programmes with the marketing department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of export sales, and excellent project management skills. You will also need to have German language skills to a high standard to be able to sell confidently to German clients both over the phone and face to face. This role will mainly be based at the company offices in Northamptonshire, but will also involve 20-30% European travel.
