You will most definitely not be micro-managed so we require someone with a lot of self-motivation coupled with a disciplined and positive approach to your work. It goes without saying that we require someone with a lot of zest and a solid insight into the recruitment process. It would be advantageous if you have experience of recruiting for the sectors in which we operate, however, we are more than open to consider consultants with experience of other disciplines.
