Group Account Director

With an impressive portfolio of clients and an outstanding reputation for staff retention and development, our client is seeking a Group Account Director with proven expertise in delivering results and the innate ability to enthuse and motivate a team of account handlers.The key focus of this role is to take responsibility for the agency's deliverables across a number of account profit centres. You will also be accountable for ensuring the effectiveness of the relationship between the agency and their clients, the quality of all deliverables and the integration of ideas and resources across the business.Another key feature of this role is the ability to generate new business revenue streams, pro-actively sourcing new opportunities within and beyond present client accounts.As well as taking responsibility for the mentoring of your existing team, you will work closely with the Client Services Director, Managing Director and HR Manager to ensure the quality of talent within account management, and that the best people are recruited, retained and developed. It is envisaged that you are most likely in an AD role at present and you are seeking an opportunity which will add value to your career and enhance your enjoyment to delivering creative and innovative integrated campaigns.In return, you will be offered the chance to work in an established business which will enable you to expand your horizons.
