You may have gleaned from our website that we are an extremely well established, niche recruitment consultancy, for the digital, PR, marketing and design sectors, placing people in agency and in-house disciplines. We’ve been in business since 1988 and we work with many engaging and entrepreneurial businesses across the Midlands and Manchester. We are proud of the fact that we have a very low staff turnover. We like to think is down to our honest and down-to-earth approach to business, people, and recruitment. And now we’re hiring!
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant with one to three years’ recruitment experience. Someone who has a sound insight into the recruitment process and is looking for an opening where you can stay and grow with the business. We are very open on which sector you operate in. Most of our successful recruiters have worked in different disciplines from finance to IT. It is more important that you have an empathetic approach to your candidates, and can work with a mix of clients, all with different aspirations.

You’ll be joining a recruitment business that is extremely well established and has built a fine reputation for carrying our recruitment in the right way! And you’ll also work with a team of very experienced consultants. They’ll add value to your career and personal development.
Your remuneration will be a basic of between £20,000 – £23,000 plus bonus, phone, health benefits, 25 days holiday (and you don’t need to save 3 for Christmas). We’ll also throw in a few more little goodies that will make your working life a tad easier.
