With an impressive portfolio of clients and an outstanding reputation for staff retention and development, this very successful integrated B2B agency is seeking an experienced B2B Account Director, to add value to their client services team.

The role

They have an unbelievable reputation for staff retention and development and working here will allow your ideas to be encouraged and heard.  They are mid-sized and have grown steadily and sensibly which is a testament to their ethics and exceptional creative delivery on projects. The key focus of this role will be to manage the day to day relationships with key clients and contribute to the continual development of the agency. Reporting to the client services director typical projects will range from full re-brands, innovative marketing literature through to online and offline advertising campaigns, and cutting-edge digital projects.  You will ensure the provision of excellent standards of service to clients, paving the way for continued growth, expansion and profitability.

What we’re looking for

It is vital that you have a real passion for marketing and in particular digital, combined with an excellent sense of commerciality and outstanding communication skills. You will be joining a successful and hardworking client services team, so you need to prove that you have what it takes to maintain the highest levels of client service.  It goes without saying that an important part of this role will be creating and implementing ‘winning’ strategies for existing clients and new business projects in conjunction with fellow senior personnel with the preparation of pitches and presenting to clients. For that reason, It is essential that you have acquired a minimum four to five years in an agency based role, and we are keen to hear from Account Managers or Senior Account Managers who are looking for that next step in their career and that have a solid grasp of the B2B marketing and digital world.
