Digital Marketing Executive

Brief Overview

Our client, a high-end consumer brand is seeking a Digital Marketer, to support the Digital Marketing Manager with the planning and delivery of online marketing campaigns, in particular SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, CRM, and Social.  The marketing department is a critical component of their growth and you will become an integral member of their team.

The role

Working in a diverse and talented marketing team, you will work very closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, and oversee online campaigns ranging from email, search & PPC, and managing external digital supplier relationships.  This will involve managing the website on a day to day, and driving forward annual and monthly website plans which will enhance the user journey.  You will also liaise with external digital agencies with a view to improving rankings on Google and organic  growth and work on outreach strategy to develop links with key sites and bloggers. You will also focus on conversion rates – with a focus on website monitoring, user experience, and developments to improve the overall site conversion for key goals. Online campaign management will also be an important part of the role where you will work with the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns.

What we’re looking for

Above all else, a very sound understanding in all aspects of digital marketing from e-mail through to sophisticated social and content campaigns, as well as a sound understanding and working practice of PPC & SEO.  You must also have a record of successfully producing high quality digital marketing strategies that have helped to increase search rankings, referral traffic and conversions. Needless to say, you will have a passion for all things digital, and it is very important that you have acquired at least 2 years digital experience in a similar or related role.  The ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines and manage multiple tasks is important as well as a demonstrable understanding/ previous experience of implementing digital campaigns. Needless to say, finely honed communication skills are paramount for this role, coupled with the drive and energy to succeed within the culture of a high-end brand.
