It’s so important to this client that they find Digital Project Manager who will embrace their ethics and culture and will want to grow their digital offering. They have steadily built a solid and credible team, so the cultural fit is very important, and there’s plenty of scope here to apply your digital know-how, because it is a new role in the agency, and you’ll be tasked with overseeing digital projects from the planning stage to execution. You’ll work alongside marketers and creatives and create the best possible digital strategies for the agency and their clients, as well as identifying new digital technologies. This role will see you managing and take ownership of projects through the studio, and add creative and marketing support, when required, to projects which cover brand, marketing, design as well as digital. You’ll also use web analytics tools to measure site traffic and effectiveness to better optimize their marketing campaigns across all digital assets such as social media, to search, and content.
What we’re looking for
Without question, strong project management skills are paramount, but of equal importance, is your ability to engage and influence others and drive results through collaboration. You must be able to work with colleagues and contacts at all levels to develop compelling online offers and drive growth. Also important are strong writing and data analytical skills in order to extract value from reporting tools and not be afraid to challenge conventional thinking.
You’ll most likely have a good three to four years digital marketing experience under your belt, ideally gained in an agency environment, and have a pretty comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You’ll be used to planning and measuring experiments and conversion tests, collaborating with internal teams to create the help with the seamless transition of projects and evaluate emerging technologies.
