Marketing Projects Manager

Brief Overview

Brand new role for a proactive, experienced Marketing Manager with experience of running projects from start to finish!

The role

Our client is the market leader in their field, and operating in over 40 countries, they’re definitely a global player within the engineering sector. They’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and deploy integrated marketing communications projects to promote both products and services, whilst managing a team of 3 people. They’re looking for someone who is proactive enough to go and speak to stakeholders within the business about what they actually want from their marketing support and then put that into practice, understanding the technical aspects of the industry, and being able to translate those into layman’s terms. You’ll need to ensure that all projects have briefs and schedules which are maintained and reviewed and you’ll monitor and report on the progress of projects.

 What we’re looking for

You must have a strong, broad background, within marketing communications, and be exceptional at working with internal stakeholders. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate strong people management skills as this will form part of your day to day duties, and it will be your responsibility to ensure the development of your team. It would be advantageous if you’ve worked within an engineering or b2b background, but this is not pre-requisite.
