The key elements of the role will be to co-ordinate a programme of social, influencer activity, digital, advertising and PR to create noise in the market & continue to cement the brand as a market leader.  Variety is the spice of life as they say, & you’ll own several highly creative campaigns to that promote new product launches and their respective features and benefits.

You will play a key role in ensuring their audience is piqued by their innovative marketing & also benefit from getting stuck into marketing & launching new products (and their supporting assets) into the UK market.  They’ll be a bit of data & reporting, too, as you’ll provide analysis of marketing activity to demonstrate effectiveness & return on investment.

They use a bunch of highly creative agencies across brand, digital & PR & you’ll be key to getting the best of them.  Working with a mix of colleagues across the business to ensure that marketing activity is also an integral part, and given their high levels of staff retention, you’ll learn & prosper from experienced heads.

What’s needed

In essence, you’ll be an experienced marketer with a fair few years under your belt, looking for a new opportunity that will give you bags of room to grow & thrive in a team of creative and innovative thinkers.  You’ll need a sound grasp of the most common channels, traditional & digital, and experience of the interiors. lifestyle or related sectors would be quite handy, although not essential.

This company prioritise people that have a vested interest in working for a firm that is dynamic, diverse and without question, does not follow the norm.  People learn in different ways so your experience can span, anything from 4-6 years which can have been gained in a marketing or agency environment where you have been delivering integrated campaigns.  Knowledge/experience of CRM systems e.g., Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, would be the icing on the cake.

Attitude & temperament is key in this role – the brand has made a deep impact on the market, since it has been superbly positioned, marketed, and differentiated. For this reason, you will need a sound understanding of how to make the best use of creativity, social & digital technology, and wider marketing channels to deliver communications that provide the most value to this brand.
