Senior PR Account Manager / Junior PR Account Director

Brief Overview

An experienced PR Senior Account Manager /Junior Account Director is required by a successful independent digital and marketing communications agency to manage a cross section of business to business and consumer accounts. You will be joining a close knit, supportive team which is extremely well established and developing a growing reputation for delivering innovative marketing and PR campaigns.

The role

The clients are a real mix of business to business & consumer, and cover different sectors as do their requirements. A fair proportion of this role will be focused on PR and communications but will include other elements of online and offline marketing. Needless to say, you will enjoy meeting clients on a regular basis, managing costs, budgets, time scales across all projects which will require finely honed client handling and organisational skills combined with a critical eye for detail.

What we’re looking for

You will understand a broad range of communication tools and know how they can be best utilized to achieve quality results.  You will be commercial, strategic and be able to spot opportunities and add value for clients. You will also need proven writing skills, with the ability to adapt to different sectors and audiences, and it is envisaged that you will have a minimum of four years’ experience, preferably within an agency.  A track record of working across a wide range of communications channels, including social media is also important. It is also helpful if you will enjoy working in a growing agency where your input and commitment will be valued. You will be used to working closely with client services and digital teams to ensure a seamless transition of briefs into the creative domain and they are as clear and inspirational as possible.  You will also be confident presenting your ideas internally and enjoy the challenge when a pitch for new or existing business is taking shape
