A high-end store in Nuneaton is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support their Digital Team
This family-run company has enjoyed many years of success and are now looking to expand their digital team to support the growing business. Under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the day to day administration of the company website including updating images and editing copy. On the e-commerce side, you will assist with processing orders, which will include sourcing, packing and posting stock to customers. You’ll work with people across the company to help post new content on to their relevant areas of the website so you’ll need to be comfortable liaising with colleagues at every level. On the social media side, you’ll be responsible for handling the Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest pages as well as managing the blog.
What we’re looking for
One years’ experience in website administration is a minimum requirement for this position so obviously, you are a proficient user of one or more content management systems. Training will be provided, but experience with Google Adwords, Social Media, Google Analytics, Blogging or Magento would be a huge advantage. As this is a support role, there is a degree of administration involved and you must be happy to help process customer orders. This will involve packing orders for high end items and making sure that they are posted to customers on time. In return, you’ll get to increase your digital skills and take ownership of your own projects including social media. It’s a given that you are an excellent writer with naturally strong grammatical skills who is keen to impress.
What’s on offer?
