Marketing Executive

Brief Overview

Brand new position as Marketing Executive to work on an emerging but hugely successful brand, well on its way to becoming the market leader in its field.

The role

This company is a specialist in natural, organic lifestyle products with health properties, selling into independent stores and in the next few months, to high-street multiples. Although they’re relatively new to the market, years of research has been undertaken to ensure they’re offering the best products. Working specifically on one brand with a number of different products within, you will have a huge influence over product ideas and marketing campaigns. You will continually develop and improve strategies and marketing campaigns across channels to increase both brand awareness and sales. You will with the design team to create social media content and campaigns and will source, approach and manage influencers, build ambassador programmes as well as undertaking other PR activities. You’ll be involved with product launches, photoshoots, and exhibitions as well as ensuring the consistency of branding across advertising and other forms of marketing. It will be up to you to analyse the success of your campaigns and you’ll create reports on those findings. You will report into a Head of Brand, and a Brand Manager (they also work across other brands within the group). Obviously, there’s a great pull towards consumer campaigns here, but you will also work with the trade.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Executive who has managed the lifecycle of campaigns from ideation through to execution, with particular focus on PR and influencer campaigns. You’ll have an entrepreneurial mindset and will be able to work autonomously and you’ll be used to being hands-on. As one of the first members of the team, you’ll need to be enthusiastic and have a ‘get stuck in’ work ethic! You’ll be up to speed with the latest technologies and be keen to try new ways of marketing. You’ll need a minimum of 12 months experience under your belt, but much more to be eligible for the higher level of salary.

What’s on offer?

This position comes with great development opportunities, including managing budgets and eventually a team of juniors as the team grows, and the company certainly won’t be trying to hold you back!  Salary for the role is between £20,000 – £25,000, and they’ve got flexible start/finish times.  They’ve also got lots of parking, but for non-drivers they’re close to a train station and lots of buses.
