This publisher is expanding rapidly and because of this, is growing the size of its marketing team in a few sectors. This role is for a CRM Executive who’s happy working from home.
This is a brand new CRM Executive role suited to someone who is a true customer champion, who loves to act upon insights, feed into strategies and execute campaigns that deliver objectives, and develop true loyalty from customers.
This is a publisher which owns some of the UK’s most iconic digital platforms, magazines, and newspapers as well as countless local and regional publications. On a day-to-day basis, using their email platform you will be responsible for building email segmentation and scheduling the sends of super emails, whilst working hand in hand with the customer insights team to collate and deliver exceptional insight briefs to answer key questions and inform overall strategy.
You’ll also help deliver set CRM priorities by working cross-functionally with editorial, product, data, analytics, marketing, and legal teams to ensure the best possible result for all campaigns. Collating and reporting key data points from stakeholders across the business will also be part of your role as well as supporting and educating colleagues on general CRM principles. The role will be home-based with travel to one of the UK offices for some meetings, but no more than a couple of times per month.
What we’re looking for
To be considered, you’ll have 2-3 years experience in a CRM focused role or be a confident junior marketer who has worked on ‘email first’ strategies, previously. You’ll be able to demonstrate experience of delivering successful direct and digital marketing campaigns and will be familiar with executing life cycle marketing including on-boarding, re-engagement, and retention strategies across multiple channels but with a particular emphasis on email.
The customer will be at the forefront of everything you do and you’ll want to create that customer loyalty. We’re looking for candidates who are capable of and happy to work in a home-based role and can demonstrate self-motivation and confidence. This is a very fast-paced environment and things can change very suddenly so you’ll be versatile enough to deal with this.
