You will be a senior part of the client services team, and therefore will also have line management responsibility and lead from the front, helping guide, mentor and develop other team members. As well as leading a number of their most important clients, which cover a range of B2C & B2B sectors, you will also play an active role in their new business strategy whether that is assisting with research and insights, or leading the pitch team. The unique piece is the client base which covers a diverse range of sectors from drink & leisure through to charity & professional services, and the work they’ve produced and results achieved has been unbelievable!
What we’re looking for
With a proven agency track record that’s focused on integrated marketing and brand management, you will bring a wealth of knowledge to the table from leading and managing branding activity, executing highly creative campaigns and managing integrated projects both online and offline. You will not only be able to lead the strategic direction of your accounts and be able to develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, but have the commercial acumen to identify and act on opportunities for client development. This shouldn’t mean that you don’t like getting your hands dirty too! You will be smart, enthusiastic and play a proactive role within the team and agency as a whole. You must demonstrate excellent communication and written skills both internally and externally with clients and suppliers.
