Following a record breaking last couple of years, with some great new projects and account wins, this niche creative agency is one of the best-kept secrets in their sector, and are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join their growing team, which is where you come in….
The key aspect of this role will be to work very closely with account managers and the wider agency team, where you will; manage creative campaigns – press, social, online, outdoor, radio, to name but a few; communicate in a clear and friendly manner to provide great client service across all client accounts; research, recommend and liaise with the media; approve copy and creative work to go live; influence client buying decisions and deliver results, with an overall view to building strong client relationships.
You will also support the Directors, digital and creative teams in; managing large campaigns and schedules of marketing activity; running and reporting on biddable campaign performance; keeping admin systems tight (timesheets, client folders, financials) and market the agency, as an when necessary to generate new business. You will also be accountable for the delivery of appropriate creative solutions that meets client briefs and employer brand objectives. Above all else, you will play a key role in generating effective creative concepts, copy and visuals that stand out from the crowd and aim to produce award winning work.
What we’re looking for
It’s a big challenge but if you’re up for it and you’re a talented, bright-minded grafter, with a relevant degree (or equivalent) and a proven track record in creating and writing persuasive communications; using online of offline tools, we’d like to hear from you. We envisage that you’ve most likely acquired a minimum 12 months agency or client side experience working on a mix of creative campaigns, who is looking to take their marketing skills into an agency environment.
