Their levels of staff retention are ace & in this role, you will be responsible for managing the TTL requirements of their key B2B accounts, across online and offline touch points.
As part of the Client Services team, you will take on responsibility for delivering cross-channel marketing activities for an established portfolio of B2B retained clients. You’ll be devising and delivering integrated marketing campaigns which will involve traditional and digital channels including design and print, web, email marketing, social media and PR.
You will be the lead creative and guiding light on all creative projects, working very closely with creative, PR and digital teams to generate first class creative ideas and concepts for a range of integrated campaigns. You’ll enjoy a diverse role in preparing budgets to running and developing a team to support you. All the while remaining professional and positive, inspiring the same in others. On any given day, you’ll be working very closely with the creative team, and provide them with all the ammunition they need, and work with other departments; digital & PR, to deliver the best for your clients.
For this reason, it is necessary to have a sound understanding of all marketing disciplines combined with the necessary committed and passionate approach to your daily duties.
What we’re looking for
Ideally, 3+ years integrated marketing experience, agency or client-side, a marketing or related degree as well as a clear passion for generating great results for both the agency and our marketing partners. It will suit someone who is used to working closely with client services and digital teams to ensure a seamless transition of briefs into the creative domain and, they are as clear and inspirational as possible.
The ability to look after a small team and, contribute to the wider development of the agency, keeping abreast of emerging trends within the industry and sharing knowledge with your colleagues is also important.
