The role

You’ll bring big ideas, craft, leadership skills, and diplomacy together to help guide your team and make it the best it can possibly be. The leaders of this agency are hands-off in style, so you’ll have plenty of scope and rope, but at the same time need someone that they can entrust with the commercial side of the role and that can be the lead figure on all new and existing projects. The people around you are experienced agency practitioners, across the disciplines of digital and creative, but they are all hands-on and want someone who is happy to integrate as much as humanly possible, and not be too fussed by title and seniority.

The clients are predominantly consumer brands and cover different sectors, drinks, sport, leisure & food, to name a few, as do their requirements – typical projects include all forms of high-end design and advertising through to experiential, packaging and cutting edge social & digital. A fair proportion of this role will be focused on some extremely creative methods of marketing communications alongside digital media.

Needless to say, you will be managing costs & time scales across for an array of very interesting projects, which will require finely honed client handling.   You will also have the opportunity to guide and mentor a small team of execs which will add value to your skill set and personal development.

For this reason, it is necessary to have a wide understanding across most marketing disciplines combined with the necessary committed and passionate approach to your daily duties.

Years of experience aren’t important, but you must be used to working on deeply creative projects that cover all aspects of brand strategy and design, where ideas and clear communication is paramount.  Knowledge of working closely with client services, clients and creative teams is important where the seamless transition of briefs into the creative domain and they are as clear and inspirational as possible.

You will also be confident presenting your ideas internally and enjoy the challenge of working on projects that high levels require guile & thought.
