Based in South Cheshire, this award-winning integrated communications agency has been a real success story since its inception. After a busy year and a range of client wins, they are now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic PR Account Executive to join their B2B PR team.
As a key and integral part of the PR and digital team, you would be offering and providing support to all of the account handlers, meaning that you’ll get the opportunity to work with a diverse range of B2B clients. The role is a really varied one and on a daily basis, you will be working as part of the account team, and will be on hand to implement PR programmes, and develop and implement creative campaigns that cross PR, content, and digital media. You will also be dealing with client and media liaison and will be monitoring the media for client opportunities. A lot of this role also includes the analytical and research side of thing, so you’ll be expected to research for press releases and collate, analyse and evaluate media coverage. Events will also be covered in the role, for clients as well as the agency’s own.
What we’re looking for
To be considered for this role your personality and attitude towards PR and the B2B sector is most important. The agency is looking for bright, confident self-starters who are genuinely keen to further their career in B2B public relations, content development, and digital communications. The role calls for someone who is confident in developing client relationships, writing, social media, brand development and marketing communications. Whilst the clients stretch across a range of sectors and sizes, they are all B2B so a passion and basic understanding would be ideal, especially technology too! In addition to PR responsibilities, you will also be required to support clients administratively. While each day is likely to be different, your responsibilities will include maintaining client files, ensuring daily processes are followed, client reporting, and coverage monitoring.
