Having achieved significant growth over the last 18 months with a significant increase in spend from existing clients as well as bringing in a plethora of new business, this international B2B integrated agency is looking for a Brand Strategist to manage the delivery of multiple projects and to build relationships with diverse, international stakeholders.
They’re looking for someone who thinks a bit differently to the norm, someone who can re-frame the problem to identify new opportunities for the client and the agency through gathering insights via interviews and immersions with diverse, international senior stakeholders, asking the right questions to the get to the heart of the business problem. You’ll write research briefs and proposals and will undertake thorough competitive research, case studies, and trend report analysis and will design and lead client workshops and brainstorms, both online and in person. You’ll be heavily involved with the pitch process and will look at innovative and compelling ways to frame new ideas and propositions. You’ll take a strategic idea and expand it across owned, earned, and paid media, working closely with creatives to bring ideas to life.
What we’re looking for
You’ll need 3/4 years of working in an integrated strategic planner role, with big, complex projects within the B2B marketplace, and you’ll have a deep understanding of business and what makes people tick. You’ll be a creative thinker who has a naturally curious nature and knows the right questions to ask. Any specific sector experience within pharma would be the icing on the cake but isn’t essential.
