This agency runs diverse & innovative content marketing campaigns that cover different sectors, all of which have a B2B focus. To date, they’ve produced a long list of complex content based campaigns, from white papers & informative blogs to highly engaging social media material, all of which have exceeded objectives which is down to their extensive expertise within this ever-evolving sector. Due to further growth, they now seek a person who will ensure client satisfaction is at the core of this role. You will be the first port of call for clients in the agency and ensure the smooth transition of content campaigns. Working closely with the Client Service Lead, you will ensure that all activity is delivered against the strategy. You will put timely briefs into the delivery team, managing the quality and profitability of the work (with support from the Client Service Lead) and future planning are essential parts of the job. Along with this, you will be responsible for maintaining a content roadmap & calendar, overseeing schedules and ensuring that all relevant touch points are consistent with the brand style, tone, and voice of each particular client.
What we’re looking for
In brief, a good three years in the digital marketing space, agency or client-side but must be B2B focused, as well as a strong record of project managing the delivery of diverse content-based projects from concept to execution. You must also have the ability to lead client accounts and ensure projects are completed on time & within budget. You must also have the ability to oversee the production of compelling B2B content across various formats and channels, such as research reports, blogs, white papers, video, social media etc. Educated to degree level in ideally a marketing, journalism, or similar subject will also be advantageous
