Client Success Manager

Brief Overview

An independent, full-service B2B marketing agency, in an easily accessible location in Cheshire, is looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to join their digital and marketing team and work across a mix of B2B and corporate accounts on one-off campaigns or retained marketing services.

The role

This role is a very important one within the agency, and as Client Success Manager you will be the main point of contact for some of their biggest clients. Working closely with and reporting to the Senior Strategist, together you’ll be shaping accounts and developing new tactics and approaches to grow clients success to new levels. Your days will be very varied, one day you’ll be creating quarterly plans for clients, and drafting and posting social media content, and the next you’ll be launching a website for a large firm, or guiding a smaller business through some basic digital skills. As the primary contact for a host of clients, it’s important that you provide excellent service throughout the process, represent clients needs and goals within the agency, ensure that high-quality is maintained, and take overall responsibility for client satisfaction. In addition, you will be building relationships with new and existing to clients to encourage new and repeat business.

What we’re looking for

To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have agency experience and will need to be an experienced Account Handler or a Junior Account Manager who is looking for that next step! B2B, financial, and corporate experience would be preferential too, as that’s the sector you’d be working in. Experience of working with HubSpot would be desirable as well! As a person, you’ll need to be detailed, goal orientated, persistent, and a skilled negotiator.

Salary is dependent on experience for this role but will range between £20,000 – £24,000 per annum plus a bonus.
