Content Manager – Hybrid

Brief Overview

This is an opening to join an innovative and serially successful £multi-million turnover SME who operate within the property investment market and related industries.

Throughout the pandemic they have seen their turnover triple and have an amazing 2022 profit forecast, and because of this, are seeking to strengthen their digital marketing team and appoint a savvy content specialist to bring awareness & drive engagement.  The role is based in Doncaster but offers a hybrid working pattern.

The role

You’ll be generating creative and innovate ideas for day-to-day activity and partner campaigns – especially video and manage the team effectively to deliver the subsequent campaign and coordinate elements of social media content production, including using third party suppliers.

The key to this engaging role is to translating business issues and relevant stories into ones that are compelling, add value to their brand messaging & most of all, cut through the noise.

It will add value to your career because you will be guiding a small team, comprising of a copywriter, social media exec and videographer, who are responsible for all external content; from social media to paid ads, across all platforms.  They work with the wider content team to write, plan, create and develop engaging and relevant content for all channels.

You’ll also be working closely with the wider marketing team to drive growth across social media and all online channels, drive social conversations around key launches and promotions through community management and increasing community engagement

What we’re looking for

This role needs someone that is familiar with the different types of content, and how they work, and can add intrinsic value for brands and businesses.   You’ll have a nose and sense of creativity, style, tone & a constant drive to deliver marketing campaigns that add value.

You’ll be acutely aware of other digital marketing channels and how they integrate with social media, and ideally be experienced using performance tools such as Facebook Analytics and Google Analytics

You’ll most likely have a few years under your belt & have a clear understanding of why social is a 121-communication channel, and be comfortable with branded social both organic and paid, plus using social for lead generation and direct sales
