This is an opportunity to join a mid-sized & growing agency which has developed an excellent reputation for developing highly innovative work and enviable levels of staff retention.  This agency has changed beyond recognition over the last few years and is keen to hire a forward-thinking Creative who is able to add value to their continuing success.

The role

The clients are a real mix of consumer & business to business and cover many different sectors. The level of creativity is high which is produced in a grounded and people focused environment.  They require an experienced creative who has a portfolio of work which demonstrates innovation for a range of clients in different market sectors, across all media. You will be the person to help them continually lift their game when it comes to the delivery of visual work, bringing ideas to life.

In essence, you’ll be joining a highly talented creative team responsible for creating original, visually challenging design work. Working on cross channel campaigns you’ll bring your visual design skills to the fore, to ensure the work they create truly delivers.

You will be the lead creative and guiding light on all projects, working very closely with the CD & studio team to generate creative ideas and concepts for a range of integrated campaigns.  A key part will be to participate with client meetings and presentations, and strategic sessions, as well as ensuring a seamless transition of briefs and ensure they are as clear and inspirational as possible.

What we’re looking for

It is very important that you have a fair few years’ experience under your belt, agency or client-side, and your work must include design which values the use of white space and typography, and importantly, can hold the eye of the reader. Equally important is an ability work on briefs which are fully integrated from print to digital & video for different audiences and different brands.

You’ll have a portfolio which engages the reader as well as proven experience in the industry.  Experience working with premium / luxury brands would be advantageous – either agency or client-side plus, an excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and exposure to After Effects/Premiere Pro a bonus.

What’s on offer
