The role

The client base contains some iconic names in the B2B & B2C space, and you’ll help illuminate their online presence, and add value to these relationships.  After all, an agency is only as good as its client relationships, and it’s your job to make sure they are as strong and fruitful as possible.

You’ll brief the relevant team/s (creative/digital/content/strategy/social)) correctly and manage the delivery of projects from brief through to completion, coordinating teams and reviewing work throughout the project stages.

In essence, you’ll enjoy acting as a point of contact for both the client as well as internally, working collaboratively with agency teams and directors, coordinating day-to-day digital projects, ensuring the seamless transition of briefs.
