This is an opening for an experienced agency based or client-side digital savvy marketer, looking to join a company which is steeped in prestige and is a real innovator in the property & lifestyle sector.
The marketing department is evolving quickly and already has some real superstars in it but, need a hands-on digital marketer with sound influencing skills, who wants real responsibility & personal career satisfaction.
Working in tandem with the Head of Marketing, and wider marketing team, you will focus on creating successful multi-channel digital campaigns for various property brands – across organic channels. This role will be responsible for producing engaging campaigns that target the right audiences/demographics to drive property sales and lettings, plus tenant satisfaction and engagement. You’ll drive strategy & support with the creative, content, social media, CRM & direct marketing activities, as well as external agency management to develop further solutions that positively impacts sales.
This will include weekly social media posting on Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook (plus others) to achieve targeted returns, as well as producing and activating targeted digital content calendars for each group brand, covering all relevant channels (e.g., website, email, social media). You’ll manage email and social media campaigns – monitor and analyse content success & use Google Analytics, AdWords, HotJar and other relevant sites to produce reports for social media and website usage.
You’ll strive to drive traffic to the group websites as well as managing link building strategies, content marketing and social media presence in partnership with their SEO agency. You’ll also keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies and digital marketing trends; plus implement the use of new technologies in developing campaigns and updating current campaigns
What we’re looking for
Solid knowledge of the key social media platforms; Instagram, TikTok Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, (WeChat ideal but not required) and their use in a commercial environment. At least 4+ years’ experience in implementing organic social campaigns and the ability to create engaging content as well as proven ability to create engaging campaign ideas that deliver commercial objectives.
Exposure to Hubspot would be ideal as well as strong reporting and analytics skills, via Google Analytics and social media reports to monitor performance & experience in implementing effective, commercially driven multi-channel campaigns. A strong understanding of SEO is ideal, including how to implement technical SEO from information provided by an SEO external agency as well as creative thinking & a passion in copywriting, social media, creative and digital content.
Ideally, you will have the ability to build commercially effective, design led websites – predominantly in WordPress & experience in communicating with B2B and B2C audiences through graphic design & video creation
