Digital Marketing Manager

Brief Overview

This is an opening to join an innovative and serially successful £multi-million turnover SME who are pioneers in the fields of wealth, through property specialised training programme, designed to educate potential property investors in key strategies.

Throughout the pandemic they have seen their turnover triple and have an amazing 2022 profit forecast, and because of this, are seeking to strengthen their digital marketing team and appoint a Digital Marketing Manager. The role is based In Doncaster but offers hybrid working.

The role

The Digital Marketing Manager will be the digital expert within the business.  A key responsibility will be the design, build and maintenance of the company’s social media presence.  You will also create and execute digital lead generation and sales plans, manage existing and new campaigns providing expertise on how to optimise and improve.

You will generate reports on the success of campaigns and highlight areas for improvement,  analyse trends to make data driven decisions and present data and performance reports to senior management. In addition, you will manage and mentor the marketing team management and liaise with external suppliers

You will also contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed,  measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).  Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights,  brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing, and plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch point and identify critical conversion and drop off points.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking g a versatile all-round digital marketing professional with an understanding of driving a business through intelligent marketing and wants to contribute to the continued success of a innovate SME.

You’d need a minimum of 3 – 4 years proven digital marketing experience, be highly creative with knowledge of identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

You’ll also need proven experience with Google Analytics, PPC, Social, native and display marketing as well as knowledge of Native advertising, LinkedIn & YouTube advantageous.  You’ll also need to know your way around lead generation funnels & performance marketing with a commercial mindset.
