Digital Marketing Manager

Brief Overview

This is an opening with a property services company which is dedicated to helping new and experienced entrepreneurs generate wealth through property. They operate as an end-to-end solution for multiple property owners who haven’t the time or means to operate a property business. It’s a high growth business & this role is key to future growth.

The role

You will work in tandem with the Head of Marketing & key stakeholders to deliver high-level and creative brand strategy campaigns that increase awareness and drive end-user sales.  You will have the full support of a close-knit team of experienced marketers, whilst you build close links with stakeholders & other departments within the organisation.  Needless to say, your key focus will be to instigate innovative marketing campaigns that will generate interest through a multi-channel strategy.

You will be responsible for overseeing a range of digital campaigns, which will include SEO & paid media, content creation, CRM, whilst keeping an eye on media spend as well as the customer journey & retention.  You will also look after a SEM budget, carefully optimising against granular KPIs, landing page strategy and other optimisation methodologies, advanced keyword research using a variety of data sources.  You’ll also perform competitor analysis across several verticals, regularly track and reporting on key KPIs & build and manage relationships with external partners such as Google.

Working alongside the wider marketing team, you’ll help to grow the website into an immersive experience for customers, through imagery & content & guide its growth as well as other digital assets.

What we’re looking for

As this role is pure digital, it is essential that you have around upwards of 3 years’ experience in delivering profitable growth of various digital channels.   There is every chance that the digital domain of this company will become your own discipline, so there is ample room for growth & development.

Moving forward, you’ll take responsibility for new team members & it is very important that you can help drive channel performance, ROI and manage budgets to meet financial targets.

Experience in the property or related sectors would be a big plus on this one, but more important is your ability to drive the digital presence of a firm via organic and paid methods.
