The role is responsible for implementing their digital marketing strategy, with a view to attracting leads & bringing their digital presence to life, managing lead and audience engagement while measuring performance in conjunction with their digital agency.
The main objective of this role is to engage with consumers, leads and other stakeholders who have an interest in their business, bringing their brands to life, creating and nurturing relationships that benefit them. In essence, the role is responsible for shaping and implementing their inbound marketing strategy; attracting inbound traffic, that you can convert, close and delight, managing lead and audience engagement while measuring performance of brand, engagement and conversion.
You will ensure all inbound marketing is cohesive & it will include a combination of PPC, SEO, Blogs, PR, Social & PR, viral marketing & content creation. You’ll oversee a broad range of channels and develop relevant content to wow and inspire. This will include earned social media that may include interviews, vlogs, product reviews, brand affinity, share worthy content and media connections. It will also involve developing a content strategy specifically designed to appeal to their target prospects to include video, virtual tours, copy, conversational bots, attracting qualified leads to meet specific targets, increasing traffic and lead conversion. You’ll also engage with their digital and creative agencies to develop and deliver a content plan to support the PR and social strategy, developing engaging video and imagery.
You’ll also convert interest to leads via relevant and optimised data gathering, using engaging content and value exchange, using the right content to drive lead generation with the right balance of premium content to bring leads through the funnel. In addition to managing all data requirements to ensure they operate within legal and GDPR regulations at all times.
What we’re looking for
A B2C marketing background ( inhouse or agency) is essential & property based marketing background would be handy but, it’s more likely to suit an extremely hands-on marketer who enjoys the hustle & bustle of an evolving marketing role. You’ll need solid experience of using the tools that deliver, analyse & optimise online campaigns so strong knowledge of Google Analytics & Adwords is imperative. You’ll also require a sound understanding of enhancing the customer journey, able to develop sound CRM tactics with audience segmentation & a record of improving performance.
This role is specifically aimed at an innovative marketer who has expertise in the planning and evaluation of B2C modern online and offline campaigns, can liaise peerlessly stakeholders & external agencies & drive awareness campaigns, and will enjoy getting stuck in, from idea to delivery.
You ‘ll also be steeped in ensuring how customer facing touch points are kept fresh (including website and digital marketing campaigns) & nurture established partners to expand on the collaboration opportunities.
