This is a new role within the team, so to a degree there isn’t a job description which is set in stone. Our client’s business has doubled in the last 12 months through increased trade due to the pandemic as well as several key acquisitions.
They sell internationally making this family-owned business a real success story! They own 5 different ecommerce brands with some very exciting plans in place, but they need a digital generalist to assist with the management of the team of 11 marketers. You’ll assist the marketing manager in assessing the full digital strategy across PPC, SEO and website content,.
What we’re looking for:
Ideally we’re looking for candidates with experience in a broad digital role gained from within an ecommerce environment.
You’ll have knowledge of SEO, PPC, user experience and conversion rate testing, knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing (loyalty schemes, refer a friend etc. as well as knowledge of on-site search and merchandising to give users more relevant results and increase conversion rate, and naturally you’ll be a Google Analytics and Adwords expert!
Ideally, you’ll have experience of developing strategy and managing a small team.
What’s on Offer?
Our client is based in a beautiful rural location (you will need to be able to drive to get to them) and is planning on a hybrid of office and home-based working, though exact details will need to be confirmed.
This is a really dynamic environment for a company which us always looking to grow organically and through acquisition and as such offers lots of opportunity for development. Salary will be £30-35,000 dependent on your skills set and level of experience.
