We’re looking for an all-round Digital Project Manager to join the digital team of this marketing agency. You will support end-to-end management of a range of digital projects which could include websites, microsites, landing pages digital tools and applications, but also to work on a brand new platform developed as a result of the current pandemic, a virtual events platform. This is an incredibly exciting time as the platform has been a huge success with existing clients and has a huge amount of further potential.
Using project management systems (currently Trello, TeamGantt, Basecamp), you’ll provide project management from initial research through scoping, planning, quoting and scheduling through to co-ordinating IA, UX, design, development, testing and deployment, You’ll be able to keep accurate project documentation and will be the lead contact for project stakeholders, as well as monitoring budgets and analysing post-project. You’ll also have the ability to determine and manage the financial performance of projects and will take an active role in the client relationship as well as supporting new business development.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll need a strong understanding of web projects and implementation methodologies and will be able to highlight project risks. You’ll be able to keep clients on track, sometimes having tough conversations in order to best fulfil the project. You’ll have excellent knowledge of UX, web standards, accessibility and compatibility issues and you’ll be familiar with multiple technology platforms such as mobile apps, web, email and streaming media.
