Inbound Marketing Manager

Brief Overview

This is an opportunity for a CRM focused marketer to join an investment company which focuses on venture capital and private equity investments in entertainment, manufacturing, engineering, life sciences, and technology sectors.

The role

You will be joining at a great time in their history, having completed numerous successful projects, bringing them ever closer to achieving their aims & objectives and making them a key player in their respective field. The marketing team has been growing and this a fundamental role which will add value to its future development.

Working with the wider marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, optimising & implementing their inbound marketing funnel.   This will include management of customer journeys within Hubspot, creating campaigns and workflows that support them from contact to acquisition to retention. You will use marketing automation tools to create, test & optimise campaigns across emails, landing pages, nurturing & reporting.

You will also build out optimise their marketing automation (email) & lead nurturing processes via other channels such as social & content.  This will also include managing key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action & lead-generating forms.  Naturally, you will build a strategy for building a higher conversion of quality leads & oversee the future development of CRM, target audience research & intelligence gathering.


What we’re looking for

A data-driven & experienced Hubspot focused marketer that ideally has experience of working in the financial services or tech based sectors.    You will need an excellent understanding of lead generation & customer acquisition as well as CRM, email marketing & marketing automation systems, inbound marketing, A/B testing & web analytics.

A track record of demonstrable results through testing and deploying effective email campaigns across different channels, as well as a high level of proficiency in setting up marketing automation and email systems (e.g. HubSpot) and integrating those systems with other technologies.  Experience with the following is essential; Adobe, GoogleAnalytics, GoogleAdWords, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.

Working knowledge of at least one paid marketing channel (search, retargeting, social network advertising) and content distribution and placement networks like Google audience network, coupled with strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
