The internal marketing team is set up like an agency & the role of Junior Designer will be a new addition to assist in the creation of visual assets for the existing marketing team. Working closely as part of a highly able, motivated marketing team to provide dynamic visual materials across a range of digital and print platforms to support in the marketing and sales of market-leading commercial property and lettings products. You’ll play a crucial role in the conceptualisation process of projects, providing input on potential design solutions and effectively communicating design-focused considerations when being briefed on tasks by the wider business
You will be responsible for creation and delivery of highly engaging visual collaterals to assist the marketing and sales team functions across digital and social media channels as well as providing assistance with branded document creation, in both digital and print formats, for use by the wider business.
What you’ll need
The ideal candidate will be suitably flexible in their creative approach to design whilst, working economically and diligently managing their workflow and providing effective communication of requirements and/or timeframes to senior business personnel. Your portfolio will demonstrate the innate use of white space as well as the ability to produce engaging & contemporary design that captures the mind & imagination.
Educated to Degree level in Graphic Design & experience of creating marketing assets for digital and social media channels as well as the ability to operate and communicate effectively and professionally when delivering design solutions to senior management and important clients. Experience of design production for print ranging from short form single page documents to multi page printed brochures is also handy.
You will be expected to possess a high degree of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and have a good knowledge of the typical creative pipeline requirements in designing production for both digital and print. You’ll also be able to display a keen understanding of customer profiles and target audiences and tailor design solutions in order to maximise engagement and ensure positive outcomes for the business.
