This Market Analyst position will offer you the chance to work for a company which, in a nutshell, has been an incredible success story, with their growth over the past few years being nothing short of phenomenal. They are innovators in the fields of property and lifestyle and have made a deep impact on a niche market since it has been superbly positioned, marketed and, differentiated.
The key to this role is to develop robust and comprehensive methods of measuring all marketing activity through key marketing platforms such as Google Analytics and Hubspot and their related channels. You’ll create dashboards that deliver actionable insight to the marketing team and wider business to shape and inform our marketing strategies.
You will work with the wider marketing team, to agree on performance KPIs for all marketing activity, provide performance indicators to key stakeholders and will review and implement effective tracking across their platforms. You will also develop reporting dashboards in collaboration with the digital team for all campaigns in order to provide future insight and will take responsibility for managing relationships with external agencies to closely monitor all digital performance marketing and provide insight to drive optimisation.
You’ll work alongside specialists in website, advertising, social media, content, email and automation to develop appropriate tracking and measurement of individual activities. This will help build data-driven customer profiles and personas to inform targeting and conversion strategies and consistently identify and propose opportunities to use data and analytics effectively to drive ongoing improvement and initiatives.
What we’re looking for
Years of experience is not paramount to this Market Analyst role but it’s only going to suit an analytical marketer with big ambitions that have been working in a multi-channel environment with an understanding of marketing principles and platforms.
You will have experience with a number of analytics tools and have a diligent and creative approach to analysing data from multiple sources. You’ll be able to create dashboards that deliver actionable insight to the marketing team and wider business to shape and inform our marketing strategies. You’ll be naturally curious, a whiz with all things data, and have a flair for articulating your findings for different audiences
It is essential that you have demonstrable experience in implementing measurement and reporting methods, and experience of platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hubspot and social analytics. You will have the full support of a team of experienced marketers, whilst you build close links with stakeholders and other departments within the organisation.
Needless to say, your key focus will be to provide insight and best practice advice on marketing campaigns that generate interest through a multi-channel strategy.
What’s on offer?
A salary of between £25,000 – £30,000 which isn’t set in stone and an array of superb benefits, holiday allowances, plus the chance to work for a company which is a true success story.
This offers you the chance to work for a company that is non-hierarchical, pulls in the same direction and not afraid to promote and develop from within and has a culture that is very hard to match.
