Marketing Manager

Brief Overview

Due to considerable expansion, this organisation is looking to recruit multiple Marketing Managers working across the full marketing mix.

The role:

It’s hard to imagine a more exciting organisation at the moment.  We’re working with a national publisher which is adding titles to its portfolio at a huge rate and consequently needs to increase the number of marketers in their team!  The job will be really fast-paced and will involve the creation, development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote specific brands, products and services in order to grow customer engagement and acquisition.  You’ll be planning and executing a range of compelling, customer focussed marketing campaigns across their national sites and core brands as well as tracking and optimising acquisition, brand and launch campaigns from start to finish.  You’ll manage the production of online and offline marketing assets, design, print, digital, video production, ensuring multi-channel continuity of campaigns.  The roles are all offered as full, home-working contracts but you can choose to work in one of the 15 offices dotted across the country, and you should expect occasional meet-ups with the rest of the marketing team.

What we’re looking for:

We’re really looking for superstar, marketing allrounders for these roles.  You’ll need to be able to demonstrate strong experience of multi-channel campaigns, incorporating all aspects of print and digital marketing, especially social media.  You’ll have a strong understanding and experience in managing SEO. PPC and CRM campaigns and should also have hands on knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager.  These roles revolve a lot around current affairs and news, so you’ll need to be resilient enough to cope if a campaign you’ve worked hard on doesn’t get to run because of a change out of everyone’s control – proactivity and resilience really are key.  You’ll be keen to motivate yourself in a home-based role and are hungry to develop your career.  You do need to be based in the UK or Ireland to be considered for these roles.
