Marketing Manager – Hybrid

The role

Mixing it with a team of 6, across different disciplines, you will manage the development & delivery of tailored marketing campaigns, both digitally and at local, to maximise publicity opportunities and promote their brand, which is already steeped in heritage & prestige.

You will also oversee social media strategies ensuring they’re reaching target audiences, maximising publicity opportunities, encouraging take up of services and managing operational brands. In addition to managing the full delivery of marketing projects, promoting key messages to enhance brand awareness, and advise on appropriate tools to communicate to audiences, recommending practical and cost-effective solutions to get the best out of marketing communications in varied geographies and audiences.

You will also ensure that Group PR protocols are being applied correctly across the business and undertake appropriate research & analysis to identify & monitor market trends.  You’ll also report on all key issues, and guide & mentor the team, to help them achieve their personal aims & objectives.

What we’re looking for

In essence, you’ll be an experienced Marketing Manager looking for a new opportunity that will give you bags of room to grow and thrive in a team of creative and innovative thinkers. You’ll need a sound grasp of the most common channels, and experience in the housing, care or related sectors would be handy too, although not essential.
