If you’re all about achieving digital KPI’s and Performance marketing, this is a brilliant opportunity to join an organisation expanding rapidly.

The role:

It’s hard to imagine a more exciting organisation at the moment.  We’re working with a national publisher which is adding titles to its portfolio at a huge rate and consequently needs to increase the number of marketers in their team!  The job will be really fast-paced and will involve the creation, development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote specific brands, products and services in order to grow customer engagement and acquisition.   You’ll be responsible for planning and executing a range of compelling marketing campaigns that are customer focused and data led, as well a leading test and learn projects informing best practices, bringing new ideas, adding channels and testing trends  You’ll scope out and identify new platforms, tools and systems to improve performance, and you’ll be able to identify ‘pain-points’ to creatively improve non-performing areas.   You’ll report into the Senior Performance Marketing Manager as well a key stakeholders to target customers appropriately and to agree metrics of measurement for success on each campaign.  You’ll get involved with managing the creative production of marketing assets including design, print, digital and video production.

What we’re looking for:

To be considered for this role you’re going to be an expert in digital marketing campaigns, ideally with a paid focus.  You’ll be experienced in using analytics and database tools such as Excel, Google Analytics and Tableu as well as having strong tactical and analytical skills, including an ability to interpret complex data quickly, including hands on knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager.  You must be able to show a thorough understanding and experience of managing SEO, PPC and CRM campaigns and you’ll have brilliant communication skills.
