The role

The company is driven by its creative and marketing, employs some very talented creatives and marketers, and is superbly positioned in their space. You will work closely with the Brand and Communications Manager, with most of your role being the lead go-to person on the day-to-day project management and delivery of all the company’s International global websites. You will also assist in the creation of key offline brand communications as well as ensuring tone of voice, style and content is superbly crafted and continues to drive their exquisite brand and identity.

You will ensure that the company has a robust online presence and maximises any opportunities presented by new and emerging digital technologies and support ongoing testing and validation of all key customer journeys.  You’ll play an active role in the testing and deployment of live changes to the website and any other digital assets and will produce regular period reports for digital activities, using this information to support decisions about website development projects.

You’ll manage day to day communication with their key agency and suppliers, ensuring development projects are delivered accordingly and will manage the digital budget and monitor and control expenditure within approved limits and in line with the business plan. A key part will be to develop your team members, helping grow the website into an immersive experience for customers and use Google analytics to make recommendations for future improvements and work with the wider marketing team to review and understand the impact of data from customer surveys and other market analysis.

What we’re looking for

3-5 years in digital marketing experience, gained with a digital agency or in-house digital department plus sound knowledge of digital strategy and wider marketing techniques. You’ll also thrive in a stylish, collaborative and progressive firm that continually pushes the boundaries on design and innovation.

You’ll be used to the day-to-day project management of a company website(s) in terms of style, content, and UI/UX combined with strong organisational and project management skills.  You’ll enjoy liaising with internal stakeholders as well as the company’s brand and digital agency. You’ll have CMS experience – Umbraco would be rather nice, and most of all, you’ll be driven by all things digital, keeping abreast of marketing trends and what your competitors are up to.

Ideally, you will have experience of coaching and developing marketers and will be happy to take on the responsibility.
