Senior Marketing Manager

Brief Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Marketer with a strong digital background to join a not-for-profit, a specialist in care provision, ensuring people are looked after with the greatest dignity and respect.  This is a broad marketing role, but with an emphasis on digital marketing.

The role:

Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Director, you will take the lead on lead-generation, managing the offline, online and customer review strategies, ensuring annual targets are met, as well as managing all marcomms content, tailoring messages for audiences for lead-gen, brand awareness, and stakeholder management purposes, including e-marketing, broadcast, newsletters, press, editorials, advertisements, and digital ads.

You’ll manage the full production and delivery of a wide range of high-quality marketing materials and promotional literature for different audiences, including internal and external customers and stakeholders. You’ll also ensure that Group Marketing protocols are applied across the business.

You’ll manage and undertake appropriate research and analysis of all marketing campaigns and activities against KPI’s as well as managing and liaising with designers and print agencies.  You’ll also manage a team of 6 and will be involved with recruitment, and performance reviews for your team.

What we’re looking for:

In essence, you’ll be an experienced Senior Marketer looking for a new opportunity that will give you bags of room to grow and thrive in a team of creative and innovative thinkers. You’ll need a sound grasp of the most common channels, and experience in the housing, care or related sectors would be handy too, although not essential.

You’ll be managing a good-sized team made up of marketing, communications, and designers, undertaking 1-to1’s and appraisals as well as managing workload so you’ll enjoy being a mentor and helping your team reach their full potential.

Additionally, you’ll manage a couple of agencies, and you’ll have experience of writing detailed briefs and proposals.  Experience of budget preparation and control, as well as extensive experience of managing projects is also required.

What’s on offer

Salary is c£53,000 (rising after 12 months to £56,000 and will involve a hybrid working model (3 days in office & 2 at home), plus 25 days holiday, rising annually to 30 days, plus a heap of other benefits that will make your career & life, stable & more rewarding.
