Content and Social Media Manager

Brief Overview

This is a Content and Social Media Manager opening with an extremely well-established pioneer and innovator of commercial and residential property which has a presence across the UK and overseas. They have already achieved numerous accolades to date and they are playing a big role in changing the skyline of the North West.

The role

The uniqueness of this role is that you will be joining a firm, and marketing team, that is truly evolving and has retained a great culture which is underpinned by a first-class record of staff development and retention. As Content and Social Media Manager, you will be working closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider marketing team, and will be responsible for the company’s global content marketing strategy and will be the custodian of all written material – including websites, brochures, investment guides, regular articles, and all social posts.

What we’re looking for

In essence, this is a chance to work for a very grounded and culturally sound organisation and would suit an agency or in-house Content and Social Practitioner with at least 2 – 3 years’ experience who is looking for the next step up. Above all else, you’ll also have a desire to put your stamp on a role and grow with the team over time, and will have solid experience of producing a wider range of material across different assets. Assisting company directors and the group marketing team in all marketing communication activities will also be part of the role so you will need a head for applying strategy and using research tactics to deliver content that retains and attracts new customers. An understanding of the UK property market would be a huge advantage for this role or someone that is operating within the financial/professional services sector would also be of interest.

What’s on offer?

A salary of c30,000 which will increase over time because this company has a proven history of rewarding and enhancing the careers of passionate marketers. The company is non-hierarchical and definitely not afraid to promote and develop from within and it’s also a big chance to lead this important element of the business.
