Digital Marketing Manager

The role

You will play a pivotal role in creating, implementing, and overseeing marketing initiatives, as well as measuring and analysing their effectiveness. The primary objective is to create noise & generate awareness via social media and native advertising.

Key Responsibilities will include developing & executing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including identifying target audiences, channels, and messaging. You will create compelling marketing content, including advertisements, social media posts, blog articles, videos, and other creatives.  Alongside, overseeing the development and maintenance of any landing pages, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and search engines.

Paid Advertising will be a key part & you will execute online advertising campaigns, including PPC, native advertising, and social media ads, and look at implementing SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.

As expected, you’ll monitor & report on marketing performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and work closely with cross-functional teams, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.  You can also weave your creative magic by growing their social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

What we’re looking for

In essence, you’ll be an experienced, savvy digital marketer looking for a new opportunity that will give you bags of room to grow & thrive in a team of creative and innovative thinkers.  You’ll need a sound grasp of the most common digital channels such as Social, Paid Media, SEO, Google Analytics etc & experience of the property, lifestyle or related sectors would be quite handy, although not essential.

This company prioritise people that have a vested interest in working for a firm that is dynamic, diverse and without question, does not follow the norm.  People learn in different ways so your experience can span, anything from 4 years upwards, where you have been delivering digital campaigns.

Attitude & temperament is key in this role – the brand has made a deep impact on the market, since it has been superbly positioned, marketed, and differentiated. For this reason, you will need a sound understanding of how to make the best use of creativity, social & digital technology, and wider marketing channels to deliver communications that provide the most value to this brand.

What’s on offer

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year plus company performance bonuses, plus healthcare & pension. DOE.   It is also worth noting that the company is non-hierarchical and not afraid to promote and develop from within, and the role also offers as much freedom as humanly possible.

This is an office-based role in Worcester – with ability to travel to other locations, as necessary. Hybrid working may be a possibility for the right candidate.
