Digital Marketing Manager

Brief Overview

This is an opening for a creative digital marketer to join one of the key players in the contemporary art space, where you will be working in an environment that is grounded and thrives on creativity & innovation.

The marketing department is evolving quickly and already has some real superstars in it but, need a hands-on digital marketer who has a love for the more creative channels & wants real responsibility & personal career satisfaction.

The role

Due to the success and growth of their retail outlets, online presence and thriving Ecommerce platform and social media engagement, we are looking for an innovative & creative Digital Marketer that has an eye for how to broaden awareness & engagement.

Working in tandem with the Head of Marketing and Ecommerce, and wider marketing team, you will focus on creating successful multi-channel digital campaigns that target the right audiences/demographics to drive awareness & sales.  You’ll drive strategy & support with the creative, content, social media, CRM & direct marketing activities, as well as external agency management to develop further solutions that positively impacts the brand.

Key objectives will be to increase size of an engaged audience (email subscribers, social media follower counts and YouTube views and subscribes) & drive traffic to their exquisite online platform and increase direct on-site transactions.   You will also nurture a small digital team, including training and development & work in unison to develop the digital marketing strategy that complements the company’s brand and tone, and produce growth strategy for company’s presence on social media platforms – Insta, Youtube, Facebook etc.

You’ll need to remain current with new trends in digital marketing, monitor marketing opportunities for future campaigns & create audience development strategy, targeting both new and existing audiences & build relationships with their outlets to assess their needs and support regarding digital content.

What we’re looking for

A B2C/Ecommerce digital marketing background would be handy, and this may also suit a hands-on marketer who enjoys the hustle & bustle of an evolving marketing role.  It will most likely suit someone with approximately 4+ years’ experience looking for a step-up where you’re able to bring your ideas & expertise & put a stamp on their future digital pathway.

It is important that you enjoy all aspects of digital marketing,  are happy to take on any given project and thrive in an environment, which is innovative and progressive.  It is imperative that you are used to working on online campaigns that use a lot of creativity and have the energy and drive to work competently in an environment which can change daily.    Experience with marketing automations, ideally across multiple media (email, SMS etc.) is important, as is the ability to work autonomously, think strategically and demonstrate accountability for both personal and team targets.

Solid knowledge of the key social media platforms; Instagram, Youtube, Facebook etc and their use in a commercial environment is essential, as well as experience in implementing engaging content that deliver commercial objectives.
