The role

You’ll be working with some incredible consumer brands which sometimes cross over to the B2B space, and they do incredible work by raising the bar, and to be the best, they choose courage over comfort.  This means you may be targeting B2B audiences on Instagram or cultivating conversations among lifestyle consumers through headlines, enables them to seamlessly share a brand’s full story, where its audience chooses to consumer it.

You’ll be key to developing & cultivating positive relationships with allocated clients, and their stakeholders/influencers such as media, third party constituencies, and current and prospective customers to convey key messages. You’ll also participates in discussions with clients to understand PR, social and experiential briefs, as well as broader briefs involving other members of the network, which will see you work with some of the best creatives & planners in thus field.

What we’re looking for

The role suits someone who loves the buzz of the industry and who gets a thrill from working with iconic brands, love seeing your work zoom across different channels & in turn giving your client the presence it deserves.

Attitude & temperament is key in this role – this agency prioritises people that have a vested interest in working for a firm that is dynamic, diverse and without question, does not follow the norm.  People learn in different ways so your experience can span across a few years, which must have been gained in a consumer agency environment where you have been delivering PR & digital campaigns. Extensive understanding and experience of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices is also important.

You’ll also guide people at exec & senior exec level so it’s also important you’ve had some experience at a managerial level, and you’re happy somewhere which is inclusive of different voices, perspectives, and experiences, and believe they are stronger as a team where differences are celebrated.
