PR & Content AM
Brief Overview
This agency has been riding the digital wave before everyone else bought a surfboard.
Plus, there are plenty that talk about culture. Plenty that promise creativity, flexibility, and progression. Plenty that tell you they’re different. This one actually is.
Over the last few years, they’ve quietly built something special. While others downsized, pivoted, and disappeared into endless LinkedIn posts about resilience, they focused on something much simpler. They hired brilliant people, trusted them to do great work, looked after their clients, and kept growing.
There are no oversized egos, no office politics, and no passengers. Just good people producing exceptional work and helping each other along the way.
The role
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply manage accounts and send monthly reports. You’ll be at the heart of integrated campaigns that bring together PR, content, social and search to create work that delivers results. One day you could be shaping a thought leadership campaign for a professional services client. The next, developing stories and content that spark conversations, generate coverage, and drive engagement for a consumer brand.
You’ll work across a fascinating mix of clients spanning sport, leisure, professional services, and a variety of ambitious organisations looking to make their mark. Alongside running campaigns, you’ll help shape content, edit and refine the work of colleagues and support the wider team in delivering exceptional standards.
You’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who combines strong PR, content or journalism experience with exceptional writing ability and a natural news sense. You’ll know how to create compelling stories for different audiences, whether that’s a boardroom full of decision-makers or consumers scrolling social media on a Friday night.
You’ll be comfortable managing client relationships, developing communication strategies and switching seamlessly between B2B and B2C campaigns. You’ll also understand how SEO and digital PR work together, appreciating the importance of content structure, keyword opportunities and securing valuable links that support wider marketing objectives.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who wants to become part of something. Someone who enjoys collaborating with clients, working alongside smart people and creating campaigns that make a genuine difference.
The culture
Culture here isn’t a poster on a wall. It’s smart people backing each other, celebrating wins together and having the freedom to be themselves. No corporate masks required.
Bring your ideas. Bring your personality. Bring your sense of humour. Bring your obsession with running, football, live music, baking sourdough, collecting vinyl, paddle boarding, mountain climbing, gaming or whatever makes you you.
The environment manages that rare balancing act of being ambitious without becoming intense, professional without becoming stuffy and high-performing without taking itself too seriously.
What’s on offer
If you’re looking for somewhere that combines exceptional work, genuinely good people and the freedom to be yourself, you’ve just found it.
Up to £38,000 (not set in stone) & there is genuine flexibility around hours and working arrangements because they recognise that everyone’s circumstances are different.
There are opportunities to develop, progress and shape your future within a business that continues to grow for all the right reasons.
