In essence, you will be given the opportunity to work with a wide variety of iconic FMCG focused brands which can only add value to your career and enjoyment. On a day to day basis, you will be developing brand and consumer activation campaigns for a raft of well-known food and drink related brands. The projects are predominantly BTL such as on-pack promotions, packaging, POS, and viral and social marketing. You will be managing clients’ expectations by overseeing the creative and strategic development of each campaign, in conjunction with account directors, creatives and external sources.
You will be the primary figure when it comes to overseeing the planning and delivery of campaigns, both digital and traditional, in conjunction with the client’s needs and wishes, with a view to creating a high level of brand awareness. In essence, you’ll be a bit of a superstar when it comes to developing client relationships and will be adept at helping them to maximize their business over the long term. You’ll also enjoy being in a highly creative and entrepreneurially-led environment where your input on all aspects of an agency’s development will be valued.
What we’re looking for
To be considered for the role, you will have at least 3 years’ experience of handling consumer focused marketing campaigns which will have been developed in an agency environment. It is also important that you have a sound insight into developing brand building campaigns, both online and offline, which impact on increasing consumer interaction and awareness. You will work on a broad range of FMCG based accounts, all of which are looking for strong product placement as well as having an edge on their competition.
You’ll love getting stuck in at the deep end of campaigns from research and insight all the way through to delivery. You’ll be able to offer support and guidance to the junior members of the team, as well as stepping up to working closely with the senior team on planning and new business. You’ll also have a strong entrepreneurial instinct, supporting the senior team in driving the agency’s ambitious growth plans by managing a profitable client portfolio and identifying areas for growth.
You’ll have a stable career to date, as they want people for the long haul. You will also have experience of working on FMCG or retail brands, where you have worked closely with a design or creative studio, overseeing the creative development of projects.
