This is an opening with a digital agency that has been on a continual upward trajectory since its inception a few years back. They are pioneers in helping B2B brands to succeed through industry-leading content marketing, outstanding websites and results-driven marketing automation.
Ever since their inception, they’ve grown and grown which has been down to challenging the norm, placing thought and innovation at the base of their ethos, which has been underpinned by the hiring of some very savvy and talented digital practitioners so you will be in good company. They are now in need of an Account Manager with a flair for project management and can guide clients through their digital journey from brief through to execution. Clearly, this will consist of building and maintaining close client relationships – attending meetings, assisting with writing proposals, developing briefing documents, and overseeing the completion of work.
The core of your clients will be in the B2B sector but they all have different requirements which can range from creating a new brand identity from the ground up, to improving existing websites from a UI or UX perspective, or via better content and social campaigns. You will work very closely with your Senior AD on these projects as well as working collaboratively with the entire team and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless transition of briefs.

This role requires someone who has a genuine interest in working with evolving B2B brands, particularly tech-related and is comfortable taking hold of a project and driving it to completion – keeping both internal teams and clients on-track. This agency has been very successful and clearly want to continue on this track so want people that possess an unrelenting desire to achieve the best quality in every area – whether it’s the service you provide, the outputs from the agency you’re managing or smaller things like the clarity of the emails.
This role would suit a knowledgeable all-around digital professional with excellent client servicing skills. You’ll have a broad understanding of the digital space including content and performance marketing and will have led projects and campaigns from the ground up. You will have also developed a nose for how long something should take and the ability to manage that through delivery. You will also have the ability to understand the strategic direction for a project or campaign, turning it into clear briefs for designers, writers and developers.
