Account Manager      

Brief Overview

Outstanding opportunity to work with one of the Midlands’ most established agencies, with an absolutely stellar client list as Account Manager.

The role:

This is a very large agency, part of much bigger agency group, and as Account Manager you will assist in the delivery of complex, multi-channel campaigns for some of the world’s leading brands primarily within the consumer and leisure sectors. Reporting into an Account Director, you will help to develop and maintain profitable business from your designated accounts.

You will help to develop and implement excellent creative solutions that exceed client expectations within time and budget. You will also help to coach and support Account Executives, leading by example always.

You could be working on TV, radio or outdoor advertising campaigns, digital or print work, so someone who has a breadth of experience is very much of interest!  You’ll also manage an Account Executive on a day to day basis.

What we’re looking for:

Our client is flexible on level of person for this role, anywhere from Senior Account Executive/ Junior Account Manager looking to move up, to a fully-fledged Account Manager looking for a different agency.

You must have previous agency experience and must be capable of handling budgets, presenting work to clients for approval, managing costs and invoicing clients.   You’ll also be hungry to grow your client accounts, and will constantly be looking for ways to achieve organic growth.

What’s on Offer?

This is a hugely social agency which has a big reputation and will undoubtedly add kudos to your CV.  Salary level will of course depend on experience, but £30-35,000 is the ball-park figure.

You’ll be able to work from home 2 days per week, there’s 25 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown (not part of your allowance) as well as your birthday off, as well as the usual company pension scheme, health care cash plan, life assurance and season ticket loans.
