Account Manager  

Brief Overview

If you fancy working for a smaller, but incredibly successful agency in a hybrid working role (Monday and Friday from home) and you’re an agency experienced Account Manager, this could well be the right role for you!

The role:

This integrated agency has been established for over 15 years with clients that have stuck with them throughout as well as more recent new business wins.  Historically, they incorporated account handling duties into their designer roles, but having developed an account handling team, they’ve seen the light and want to increase the number within the team.

The agency tends to work on everything from branding projects through to social media ad banners, and you’ll work on a really diverse range of clients incorporating FMCG, leisure, public sector, supporting the design team to deliver creative projects on time and on budget.

You’ll build up some fantastic relationships with your clients, ensuring you’re the ‘go-to’ person for all their design needs, whether this is advising them on creative concepts or keeping them up to date with project plans and budgets.  You’ll help shape briefs, scoping project budgets, resourcing, briefing creatives, pitching and identifying opportunities for new business.  When you’re not speaking to your clients, you’ll be project planning and managing work, and working alongside their suppliers, media agencies and other partners to ensure projects remain on track.

What we’re looking for:

We need you to have had some experience within an agency environment, or a busy in-house role with multiple internal clients; you must be able to demonstrate proven success at delivering projects to clients.

You’ll know your way around a project plan and be able to create compelling project proposals, plans, budgets and estimates, which are fundamental to this role.

Finally, you’ll be motivated to deliver client satisfaction and will relish the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships.

They’re currently work Monday and Friday at home, and the rest of the week in the office, and they’re incredibly down to earth.  Salary for the role is £25-35,000 though there may be some wriggle-room for a superb candidate.  They’ve just started to ramp up their social events as well now that things are a little bit easier.
