Digital Account Manager

Brief Overview

This is an opening with a first-rate agency that consists of some very talented marketers and offers a grounded culture and extremely stable levels of staff retention. Their portfolio of clients are across both the UK and Europe and they are now looking for a client facing Digital Account Manager to add value to their continuing growth.

The role

As Digital Account Manager, you’ll be working alongside award-winning marketers, media specialists & creatives that have been working together for over 30 years to provide an unrivalled approach to B2B marketing communications. You will sit within the digital and wider marketing teams and take active involvement in the planning, execution and optimisation of all digital campaigns to ensure campaign objectives are achieved and exceeded. It’s a client facing role & channels typically include social, paid social, paid search, organic search and email marketing. Your focus will be to help build clients’ brands and deliver creative solutions to a wide range of complex communications challenges. You will also support the development of two junior digital team members, taking a hands-on approach in their learning & deliver internal digital training sessions for digital/production team members and the wider agency team

What we’re looking for

It is envisaged that you have no less than 3 years agency or client-side experience handling digital marketing projects and campaigns. You’ll definitely need strong experience with at least the majority of the following channels – web design and build, social media & advertising, SEO/PPC and email marketing. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You’ll be used to planning and measuring experiments and conversion tests, collaborating with internal teams to create the help with the seamless transition of projects and evaluate emerging technologies.

What’s on offer?

As Digital Account Manager, you’ll be offered a salary of between £25,000 – £30,000 + an excellent range of benefits plus the added bonus of working with seasoned marketing & creative professionals on campaigns that cross the UK and Europe.
