The role

Joining as a Digital Account Manager, you’ll be working on a variety of B2C and B2B brands, across multiple sectors, and a great opportunity to make your mark and progress your career and skillset in a fun, energetic and rewarding agency environment.

Working in the client services and digital team, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of digital marketing services that clients put their trust in them to deliver. You’ll get loads of support from your line manager and the rest of the agency team, so there is no way you’ll be left to your own devices, and without genuine help and guidance.

Alongside paid search, social, SEO, and content specialists, you’ll be the go-to person for clients and colleagues, ensuring projects are carried out as seamlessly as possible.  You’ll also manage the scoping, budgeting, briefing, delivery and reporting for digital projects, both large and small – while maintaining tip-top client service standards. Commercially minded, you’ll also help sniff out client growth opportunities.

What we’re looking for

Stating the obvious, but to be considered for the Digital Account Manager role, you’ll need to know your onions on the digital landscape, and how clients can navigate and succeed across this ever-changing landscape. If that’s your jam – you’re in the right place. This agency thrives on collaboration and is not too big so you won’t have a voice, or too small, so there’s limited room to move up – it’s just got that perfect balance. There are people from all different backgrounds and if you’re the type that’s happy to get stuck in, it’s the right home.

Culture is huge and it will only suit someone who is grounded, approachable, and simply top-notch at creating superb client and inter-agency relationships – you will be running their key accounts, with existing and potential clients, leading and owning the main relationships.

You’ll need that creative and practical mindset coupled with solid experience in delivering digital and related projects within an agency environment, and knowledge of the B2B and B2C scene is imperative. Knowing when to push, but also knowing when to sit back and listen are key to success in this role.
