Marketing Executive

The role

The company is driven by its creative & marketing, and employs some very talented creatives & marketers, and is superbly positioned in their space. You will work closely with the Brand & Communications Manager & have responsibility for assisting and delivering the marketing support for their residential channels.

You will manage the promotion of specific products into the market and take responsibility for the ongoing marketing support for these collections, which will include modern & clean marketing literature and POS material. You will be managing and developing their POS stands, which will include working with teams across the wider business, ensuring that POS is delivered in line with  marketing activity and is on brand.

You will also liaise with external suppliers including print, digital, PR and creative & assist in the development of marketing literature and maintain and update the website in conjunction with marketing activity for your collections and areas of the business.

What we’re looking for

You will be hard pushed to find a company that consistently pushes the boundaries & their growth over the past few years has been nothing short of phenomenal and shows no sign of abating. We’re looking for someone with proven experience in a consumer focussed marketing role – retail-specific experience would be the cherry on top.

Attitude & temperament is key in this role – the brand has made a deep impact on the market, since it has been superbly positioned, marketed, and differentiated. For this reason, you will need a sound understanding of how to make the best use of creativity, social & digital technology, and wider marketing channels to deliver communications that provide the most value to this brand.

You’ll have strong project and campaign management experience,  ideally have knowledge of POS and general marcomms and be familiar with updating brand websites.  You’ll be of graduate calibre or similar and will probably have at least three years’ commercial experience. A full driving licence is required.
