PR Account Manager/Senior PR Account Manager (Hybrid)

If you’re an Account Manager upwards, someone who is very happy to roll your sleeves up and ‘do’, and you have strong b2b PR agency experience, we really would like to hear from you.

This PR consultancy has a very strong pedigree and equally superb history of producing outstanding campaigns for some really influential businesses, so if you’d like to be involved keep on reading.

The role:

This small but perfectly formed agency has already won lots of new business and with a number of pitches still waiting to be decided, they really need an extra pair of hands within their down to earth team.

They’re very open to level of person they take on and it could be anyone from experienced AM level right up to Account Director, so this advert isn’t going to be a list of duties as these will vary!  They’ve got some really strong graduates which were recruited last year and are growing and developing into fine account handlers, but they just need another person at a senior level who has the gravitas and experience to manage the clients on a day to day basis.

Their client base is heavily b2b and sits within sustainability, future mobility and circular economy, so if the environment is something you’re especially passionate about, this could be the perfect role for you. The projects sit very much within thought leadership and senior level counsel, so it goes beyond crafting well researched articles, into keynote speechwriting, guiding c-suite professionals through webinars and podcasts.

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need to have proven experience of everything this role will entail as they’re committed to investing in their staff to remain part of their long-term journey as they continue to diversify products and services.

Ideally, you’ll need to have at least 3 years’ experience in a fast-moving B2B PR environment (this could be agency or inhouse), be a confident writer and communicator and be really entrepreneurial with a keen eye for opportunities.  You’ll be confident, organised have a real passion for helping clients grow in niche, and often international markets.  You’ll be eager to develop personally as well.

What’s on Offer?

Salary will obviously depend on experience but will be from £35k upwards, and they offer hybrid working with 2 days in the office (currently Tuesday and Thursday).

There’s subsidised parking for when you do need to be in the office and a bespoke training package as well as opportunities for mini internships!
