Reporting to the Account Director, who will also oversee your personal development, you will be the first point of contact & be responsible for building strong dynamic relationships based on a clear and holistic understanding of their business and challenges. To this end you will lead and coordinate in-house and external resources, to delight your clients with compelling and creative solutions, ensuring deliverables are on brand, on time and within budget.
The clients are predominantly business to business and cover different sectors, ranging from the built environment to lifestyle & their requirements, range from websites to print based campaigns. There will also be a smattering of consumer base clients, which makes it even more interesting & a fair proportion of this role will be liaising with clients at a senior level, most of which are working with sizeable budgets.
Needless to say, you’ll be a dab hand at liaising with clients on a regular basis, managing costs, budgets, timescales across all projects which will require finely honed client handling and organisational skills combined with a critical eye for detail.
What we’re looking for:
In essence, someone with solid agency experience that can work across a range of clients to deliver results driven strategy, creative concepts, integrated campaigns and communications plans. Their focus is firmly on your experience, attitude and work ethic & need someone has a knack for building relationships, pushing boundaries, going the extra mile, and looking at things differently.
You’ll be digitally adept and possess specific experience in website and digital campaign delivery alongside traditional campaigns. You will also be competent in coordinating agency resources across departments to include strategy, creative, digital and production & develop and communicate scope of work documents, such as critical paths, contact and status reports.
This is perfect for an experienced Account Manager looking for that next step or a Senior Account Manager looking to work in a growing mid-size agency working on a true mix of campaigns. Knowledge and experience of working with clients in the B2B sector, in particular, the built environment would be handy but more important will be your integrated know-how and pretty fine client servicing skills.
