The role is a combination of being proactive mixed with the ability to look at all clients and see solutions that will work for their brands and businesses. They have a range of B2B and B2C clients in a variety of sectors and you will need to be an expert at developing relationships and independently managing projects, clients and a wider team. Key responsibilities include working and leading a team of Client Services Executives, developing strategies and briefs for marketing, digital, PR, and creative. You will lead client meetings and oversee both traditional and digital marketing, in addition to creating pitches and leading presentations to clients and prospects. You will also manage suppliers and review their value to the company as well as developing new opportunities, ideas, and solutions for clients, as and when necessary.

It’s important that you’ll have integrated marketing agency experience and will be able to work seamlessly with your colleagues and clients, and ensure individual, business and client objectives and needs are met. Projects are diverse and interesting which will, without questions, add value to your personal development. In essence, you will be the guiding light on all creative projects; creative, PR and digital and be able to generate first-class creative ideas and concepts for a range of integrated campaigns. For this reason, it is necessary to have a sound understanding across all marketing disciplines combined with the necessary committed and passionate approach to your daily duties. You will be used to working closely with client services and digital teams to ensure a seamless transition of briefs into the creative domain and they are as clear and inspirational as possible. You will also be confident presenting your ideas internally and enjoy the challenge when a pitch for new or existing business.
